I am soooo tired of hearing how offended everyone is about everything! It's gotten to the point where anytime you say anything at all, SOMEONE is taking it the wrong way.
Don't agree? Well listen to this! Ho Ho Ho is banned in some malls! Yeah, you know the phrase that we've heard Santa say for how long now? For freakin' ever! THAT'S HOW LONG! Funny, when I was a little girl crawling up on Santa's lap and he said, "Ho Ho Ho" to me I didn't think he was calling me a slut. The thought never crossed my mind. IT WAS SANTA FOR GOD'S SAKE!
Well I guess someone out there finds this offensive because in certain places "management" doesn't want it said. They want Santa to start saying, "Ha Ha Ha". Please.
I'm so tired of walking on eggshells to try to please everyone! What's next? We can't say "Bless you" anymore when someone sneezes because we're violating their freedom of religion? OR maybe I'm sexually harassing my coworker when I tell him a customer was a pain in the ass? I mean ass IS in the sentence, it could be taken as sexual.
Why doesn't everyone just lighten the hell up? Why are people constantly searching for ways to be victimized?

Kids will do ANYTHING for a buzz. I remember when I first heard of 'huffing'. I thought the idea of breathing in spray paint fumes to get high was the stupidest thing someone could do.
I stand corrected.
If you haven't already heard of Jenkem, let me introduce you. These crazy kids have reached a new low. And boy do I mean LOW! Jenkem is a mixture of human feces & urine that is fermented in a jar. Once it's nice and ripe, a balloon is attached to the top of the jar where the gas seeps into & it is then inhaled. THEY INHALE THE SHIT FUMES!!! It is said to give the user a euphoric response similar to ingesting cocaine but with hallucinogenic effects.
Now, I know some of you out there will say, "But Jenny. That's just an urban myth; something made up to scare people." And my answer to you will be this. Even if it BEGAN as an urban myth, somewhere out there someone has done it. Just to see if it works.
So be aware. If your kids start having an unusual interest in pooping, and you don't hear the toilet flush. It's Jenkem.

My son, who is 11, asked me last nite when his penis will get bigger. HOW does a Mom answer this question? I did the only thing I knew to do. I googled 'puberty' and read aloud key points to him.
But it wasn't enough. "BUT WHEN WILL IT GET BIGGER?" he asked. Like an idiot, without thinking a bit, I googled something about getting a big penis.
BIG MISTAKE. Don't ever do that. At least not with a child sitting next to you. My son got an eyeful of porn the likes of which I didn't see until I was in my 20's. I quickly covered his eyes and shut off the monitor.
NOW, we all know how easy it is to pull up porn. Sometimes you don't even mean to do it. So why not WARN people when it's about to pop up? For instance, before it presents itself, why not have something come up that says:

The people who are starting college this fall across the nation were born in 1987.
- They are too young to remember the space shuttle blowing up.
- Their lifetime has always included AIDS.
- Bottle caps have always been screw off and plastic.
- The CD was introduced the year they were born.
- They have always had an answering machine.
- They have always had cable.
- They cannot fathom not having a remote control.
- Jay Leno has always been on the Tonight Show.
- Popcorn has always been cooked in the microwave.
- They don't know who Mork was or where he was from.
- They never heard: "Where's the Beef?", "I'd walk a mile for a Camel", or "de plane, Boss, de plane."
- They do not care who shot J. R. and have no idea who J. R. even is.
- McDonald's never came in Styrofoam containers.
- They don't have a clue how to use a typewriter.
Do you feel old yet?

Remember Johnny Fairplay from Survivor a few years ago? God, I HATED this guy! Apparently, I'm not the only one as he has the distinction of being the least popular player to have ever been on Survivor. He's the moron that told fellow players that his Grandmother had died, just so he would be chosen to win during a reward challenge. (his Grandmother was alive & well)
So you can imagine my pleasure when I saw this video of Danny Bonaduce slamming him to the group during an awards ceremony. Johnny Fairplay lost several teeth due to the slam, and he is, of course, planning on suing. I am suddenly a HUGE Bonaduce fan!
Turnaround really is Fairplay. SUCKER.

A Senior Center in New York, which once received FREE day old bakery goods, has now been ordered to begin refusing the pastries. WHY? Because the county Office for the Aging sent a memo to senior nutrition centers announcing that the doughnuts didn't meet nutritional guidelines set by the Older Americans Act.
Should it or should it not be these people's decision to eat a friggin' doughnut? They are SENIOR CITIZENS!!!! These people have raised children, worked jobs, fought in wars, and by God if they want to eat a friggin' doughnut why is it ANYONE'S business to stop them?
Granted, the Seniors are still permitted to walk across the street to buy themselves pastries. That hasn't been taken away from them. Yet. But, stop and think that most Senior Citizens live on very limited incomes. They may not have the money to spare. Also, some may not be in good enough health to do something as simple as walk across the street.
It may seem like a small issue on the surface, but to me it's about the RIGHTS of others. They are adults. And if they want to make an unhealthy decision to eat junk food, them LEAVE THEM THE HELL ALONE! Sadly, for some of them, it could be the only thing they have to look forward to. Society shits on them, children forget about them......let them have what makes them happy.

If you haven’t seen the video of ANDREW MEYER getting his ass tasered by the police, it is something you NEED to see. Opinions are flying over whether or not he deserved to be treated with such force by police.
U.S. Sen. John Kerry gave a speech at the University of Florida. When Andrew Meyer asked a controversial question of him, and then demanded answers, the police stepped in to cut him short. For some reason, instead of calmly obeying the orders Meyer resisted and screamed. He pulled, tugged and yelled obscenities. You can hear the police warning him on the video that he will be tasered if he doesn’t comply.
But people are protesting his treatment! Rallying for disciplinary action to be taken against the police for reacting in a way that some say is too harsh.
Hey, I’m all for freedom of speech. The guy should have been given a chance to ask Kerry his question. And NO, I don’t like John Kerry. And yeah, the government are all a bunch of sneaky weasels who should be confronted about their wrongdoings.
Don’t fight the cops if you don’t want your ass tasered. He got what he deserved. Watch the video and tell me your thoughts.

Really attractive women often stir up a lot of attention. I'd say they're used to that. But, is ANYONE so damn attractive that it's acceptable to kick them off an airplane?
After Kyla exited the plane and adjusted her outfit, she was allowed to reboard the plane, but sat covered in a blanket for the remainder of the flight. This poor girl was publicly humiliated and treated as if she were a leper! AND WHY? Look at her outfit! I've seen women wearing less than this at the grocery store for God's sake! I'd say for a 23 year old college girl, this outfit is pretty damn normal.
What about the passenger that sits next to you on the plane and REEKS of body odor? Or the person that talks your ear off when you just want some rest? These people are far more offensive than this girl! Let's remove them from the plane! Or better yet, let's refocus on passengers that may have a bomb in their shoe, or a knife in their pocket.

A few days ago he stood in front of the cameras, looking sincerely sorry. He gave a great speech acknowledging his misjudgments. Acknowledging his mistakes. His GUILT. He even made it a point to apologize to the kids that look up to him.
Someone wrote him a great speech.
Hey, I’m not trying to be cynical here. It’s just my belief that people don’t become that remorseful that quickly. I believe that Michael Vick is sorry to be caught. He’s sorry he had to reveal the truth. He’s sorry ONLY because he was backed into a corner and unable to deny the charges any longer.
As I’ve written many, many times before. Celebrities get away with murder! Sometimes literally. They should lock him up in a room with a 7’ tall, 450 lb dog lover. And then turn a blind eye to whatever goes on; just as he did.

I found this interesting. A recent poll on Road Runner asked the question: Are you genuinely a nice person?
51% of people that answered the poll said that they considered themselves to be nicer than most people.
Which must mean that we are either fooling ourselves, or I’m wrong in thinking most people are jerks.

I’ll admit it. I rarely do self breast exams. However, in light of Good Morning America’s co-host, Robin Roberts, having been diagnosed with Breast Cancer, I recently caved in and did it.
I adore Robin Roberts. She’s just the kind of person you can imagine being friends with. Watching her report the news is like sitting down with someone you know. So when I heard about her recent cancer scare, I felt vulnerable and decided to feel myself up.
For the men reading this, let me tell ya; us girls don’t enjoy doing the exam. It’s not like you’re probably imagining. We don’t light candles, saunter out in our silk robes after a nice hot bubble bath, and lay nude on the bed, linger in certain spots, moaning as we check for lumps. SO DUMP THAT FANTASY! This is reality baby!
Here’s how it plays out for me. First off, I have BIG boobs. I can’t just decide to examine myself on a whim. I have to block some time off for myself. It’s a major undertaking.
Second off……..I have no idea what I’m really feeling for. I just kind of blindly poke around, a confused look on my face as I ask myself over and over, “Was that there before?” Then I move to the other side to see if I have the same thing there.
The more a woman examines her breasts, the more confused she becomes. You see, after feeling a certain place for awhile, that place becomes sore. Then the soreness concerns you. Also, the area begins to feel bigger. Then you do the only thing you know to do. You call in for a second opinion from your significant other. Of course, he will think you really just want sex, and will begin to focus all attention on your nipples.
In all seriousness, self examination really does help. A close friend of mine discovered Breast Cancer herself by doing an exam. So if at any time you feel something unusual, something that feels as hard as a knuckle, then go to your doctor and INSIST on a mammogram or an ultrasound. It could make all the difference.

I am sickened by the video I have posted below. It literally has me shaking! This sorry excuse for a human being, Jack McClellan, explains his life as a pedophile. Up until recently he operated a website where he shared photos that he takes of little girls. Little innocent girls. He reflects on a Wiggle's concert he attended, where he snapped several photos of children and then posted them for other pedophiles to enjoy.
But, hey, we can't do ANYTHING to the guy because he hasn't really broken any laws. So I guess it's okay. I guess if someone were to prosecute him for speaking his mind, we'd be infringing on his rights. Grrrrrrrrrrr......................what about the rights of these little girls? What about their rights to NOT be posted on the internet by some sick, disgusting LOSER for other SICK FUCKS to get sexually aroused by? Don't the children count?
And sadly, it's not just this guy. There are some sights out there that aren't quite so obvious.
Sugar and Spice (sns.puellula.com) advertises itself as "A SIGHT FOR GIRLS!" It has a very welcoming, comfortable look to it, but hidden inside the site are some very disturbing messages.
Now, watch the video and tell me you don't find this sickening.

I HAVE HEARD IT ALL NOW! Can you imagine being sentenced to ten years in prison for receiving a blow job?
That's what happened to Genarlow Wilson, who was seventeen years old at the time of his arrest. He had never been in trouble with the law, had a 3.2 GPA, and was on his high school football team. He was about to enter his last semester of high school.
Then, he received a blowjob from a fifteen year old girl at a party he attended. She is ONE YEAR younger than the required age for consensual sex in Georgia. And it was consensual. She even admits it. The act was even videotaped by other people in the room.
Can somone help me understand why this boy must lose ten years of his life for this? Why must his parents lose TEN YEARS with their son? I am outraged over this. Genarlow has been in jail since February 2005. Now, take a minute and think of all the things you have done since 2005. Can you imagine missing out on all of those things over CONSENSUAL oral sex???
PLEASE go HERE and sign the petition for his release and also to help prevent him from having to register as a Sex Offender.

I never do movie reviews, however after seeing I now pronounce you Chuck & Larry, I had to write about it.
GO SEE THIS MOVIE!
Not only is it very funny, it also has such a positive message about homosexuality. That message being..........homophobia is silly. Homophobia is ignorant. Homophobia hurts.
Adam Sandler and Kevin James are two of my favorite comedy actors and the movie is filled with laughs, but it's so much more than that. Through laughter a very important message is being sent out; Being a homosexual doesn't make you a bad person. Live your life the way you want, and let others do the same.

Some of you may remember my blog about Madeleine McCann. She is the little girl that went missing while on vacation with her family in Portugal. To view the original blog, go to: No equal treatment in America (in my May blogs). Charges have still not been filed against the parents for leaving her alone in her hotel room.
On June 12, 2007 a fire broke out in Pittsburgh claiming the lives of five young children. Daekia Holyfield, 7; Cedano Holyfield, 4; Dezekiah Holyfied, 3; Azquel Rankin, 5; and Andre Rankin, 6. Two eight year boys were able to escape the fire uninjured.
Two Mothers of the five children killed had left the children alone, for a reported 15 to 20 minutes, while they went to a bar and had one beer. Shakita Mangham and Fuhara “T” Love are facing charges of Involuntary Manslaughter, reckless endangering firefighters, endangering the welfare of children, and one count of making false reports to police. The false report charge stemmed from Mangham’s initial report that the children were left with a babysitter, which later proved to be false.
WHERE IS THE EQUAL TREATMENT HERE????? Can anyone tell me WHY these women are facing such harsh punishment when Madeleine’s McCann’s parents are being celebrated and supported? THEY ARE ALL GUILTY! If the McCann’s had been in the hotel room with their children, they could possibly prevented the kidnapping of their daughter. It Mangham and Love were at home with their children, they could have possibly saved their children’s lives.
It really upsets me to think that money, race or community status. I’m so tired of seeing it. In cases like these, EQUAL TREATMENT should be enforced.

Talk about a subject that gets people upset! Talk about homosexuality. I have always went with the motto: People fear what they do not understand. Homosexuality is something people fear. Yet I can't understand why.
Let me clear up some myths about gay people.
1. They are NOT sexual predators looking for a chance to leap on the first unsuspecting person.
2. They are NOT in need of conversion.
3. Some of them actually believe in God and worship him.
4. Their homosexuality is NOT contagious.
I am amazed that when I tell people one of my relatives is a lesbian, the first thing people usually say is, "Has she ever tried anything with you?" SHE IS MY AUNT! FAMILY! These same people have never asked me if my Uncle has ever tried anything with me. Why would my Aunt try anything with me????
Also, these same ignorant people will take a step back away from ME because my relative is a lesbian. As if, by being related, I will pass on homosexuality to them!
Another popular response is, "Has she tried therapy?"
WHAT A BUNCH OF IDIOTS! What a bunch of uninformed, sexually predjudiced morons!

Since reading this headline last Friday, I have been unable to get this story out of my mind. I’ve waited to write about it, hoping the details would become clearer. They haven’t. To view the details of this story, please go here: http://www.cnn.com/2007/US/06/22/six.flags.accident/index.html
This has to be one of the most horrific things that could happen to a person. Imagine, having your feet completely amputated without any pain killers, anesthetic, or even warning! This poor girl will have nightmares the rest of her life! And IF they have been able to reattach her feet, surely they will never work the same.
BUT HERE’S THE THING! Here’s what has really got me speechless. I’ve talked to several people about this story, and all but one had the same response. “She’ll be rich though.” Every single person, except the one, responded with a comment about money. Would money make it all better?
My question to you is, would you be willing to go through the same ordeal as this young girl did in order to cash in? And if so, what’s your price?
As for me, there’s not enough money in the world.

How do you feel about allowing Illegal Immigrants to live in the United States? If you are “on the fence” (pun intended) about the issue, then maybe this will help put things into perspective.
I DID NOT write what is to follow. It was emailed to me and I thought it was great.
Certain people are angry that the US might protect its own borders, might make it harder to sneak into this country and, once here, to stay indefinitely.
Let’s see if I correctly understand the thinking behind these protests.
Let's say I break into your house.
But I say, "I've made all the beds and washed thedishes and did the laundry and swept the floors. I've done all the things you don't like to do.”
According to the protesters:
You are Required to let me stay in your house
If you try to call the police or force me out, I will call my friends who will picket your house carrying signs that proclaim my RIGHT to be there.

I came across this video and could NOT believe what I was seeing! This woman allows her five and eight year old daughters to breastfeed!
Whether you are for breastfeeding, or against it, you have to admit that seeing these young girls latch on to their Mother's breast is disturbing. It seems incestuous! The girls appear to be obsessed with their Mother's breasts. They don't like for their Mother to wear a bra. They have nicknames for their Mother's breasts. They spend free time drawing pictures of them. What is going on here?????
Obviously in American this would not be tolerated. In America breasts are for entertainment only, to be enjoyed by paying customers, not by hungry children. A woman can bear her breasts at any given time or place and it will be accompanied by cheers. However, attach a young child to that breast and it becomes offensive.
So where do I stand on the issue of breastfeeding? I think it is a beautiful thing to see a baby feeding from it's Mother. But you've gone too far when you put an eight year old at the end of that breast. But then again, that's what therapy is for.

In a time when the word WAR is heard everyday, there will be many Fathers absent from their families on their special day. Father's Day.
Instead of being home, curled up with their children, they will be fighting for our freedom. Instead of playing catch, or grilling out, they'll be covered in sand in a hot desert very far away. Too far away for a hug, or a kiss. Too far away from the ones that love them to even hear the words, "I love you, Daddy."
It will be these men that I will think about on Father's Day. As we celebrate Father's Day at our home, enjoying time together, playing ball in the back yard, I'll be thinking of all the Daddies that are without their children.
I'll be thinking of all the little girls that only have a picture of Daddy to kiss good night; a teddy bear to hug. And all the little boys, wearing their, "My daddy fights for our freedom" t-shirts as they ask their Mommy "When's Daddy coming home?"

People are funny. And I don't mean humorous. They are strange. Since I've started blogging, I've learned people only want to hear what they believe. Rarely do people open up to another person's view if it differs from theirs.
I don't understand that.
I don't understand people that are that closed minded.
I don't blog because I think I'm right about everything. I don't blog to make money. Or anger people. Or make waves. I'm just simply putting down my thoughts. Take it or leave it. If you don't like it; if it doesn't meet your train of thought, that's fine. I'm not going to try to change your mind, or become angered because you don't agree with me. It's your right. And it's mine too.
Your opinions, your thoughts, your likes and dislikes makes you who you are. It would be a pretty boring world if we were all the same. Why would you want it that way?

Did you think your t.v. screwed up right at the ending of the last episode of The Sopranos? Me too. Turns out David Chase is the one that screwed up.
I cannot believe that after all my years of faithful viewing, I have been slapped in the face with that ending. An ending that wasn't an ending at all. No closure. No answers. Just left open for me to wonder.
I am very disappointed. Mad in fact! I am, in fact, so angry that I can't sleep and have been searching the internet for SOMEONE to talk to that can relate to my disappointment. I've found I am not alone.

Grrrrrrrrr………That was me growling as I read my June 4th edition of People magazine. You see, I ran across this story about ANOTHER Bride from hell. What is up with these women? They think just because THEY are the bride, they are given a bitch pass. I’m talking about Katie Masters, 27, who is getting married in September. She sent out the following “contract” to all of her bridesmaids.
Hello my beautiful bridesmaids! Let me just say again how happy I am that you are going to be a part of my special day! Below are just a few guidelines for the wedding that I’d like you to review, please initial by each point, sign at the end and send back to me. Just want to make sure they’re aren’t any surprises! The planning bride is a happy bride!
Thanks a bunch! Love ya!-[Signature]
______ My hair will remain at the length it is now or longer.
Needless to say, her bridesmaids were not too pleased to receive this. A lot of women would have stepped down from the “honor”, but these women were smarter. They passed it on to friends, who passed it on to friends, who passed it on………..you get the picture. It circulated all over the internet.
Katie Masters defense was, “I thought everyone would think it was a joke! I thought it was hysterical.” Sure she did. I think she meant every demanding word, but when she got called on being a bitchy bride, she cowered behind the “But I was just kidding!” facade. Her soon to be husband should be afraid. Very afraid.

Dictionary.com relates the meaning of the word Gentleman to be: a man of good family, breeding, or social position.
Hmmm………not exactly what I envision when I think of a man at a strip club. Somehow seeing a man sitting at the front of the stage, looking on as a young girl spreads her legs wide, wearing nothing but string underwear, doesn’t denote a sense of family man to me.
Why must we disguise what is really happening in these clubs by calling it something that it’s not? Are the owners of these clubs ashamed? Or is it a mask that the patrons like to wear going in? Perhaps it’s for the sake of the women that work there. What is the point of calling it a Gentlemen’s Club?
And what about the women that work at these clubs? Call an ‘exotic dancer’ a stripper and she will become offended. Is this because the work she does in not offensive? Again, we are sugar coating the truth for the sake of others. Calling a stripper a dancer is laughable. There’s no dancing going on in these places. Grinding on a pole, or on the lap of one of the “Gentlemen” that go in to the club is hardly dancing. Calling a stripper a dancer is like calling me a poet. It’s a BIG STRETCH, people!
Living in a Military town, I’ve seen my share of topless bars and strip clubs. Notice, I just used two separate words but you know that they are the exact same thing. Right? Those are HONEST words. They are what they are. Calling it a Gentleman’s Club is a lie.
My point is not to pass judgment. If you go to the clubs, fine. If you work at the club, fine. Just don’t insult my intelligence by calling it something that it’s not, just so you’re more comfortable with it.

Every single day you hear a new story about parents hurting their children. Parents shake their children to death, drown them, hit them so hard that their little bodies just shut down. It breaks my heart and makes me MAD. What I find so awesome about children is their innocence and ability to trust. Children will love you no matter what you do for living, no matter how much money you make, or how much weight you put on. Children will always make time for you and have a hug or kiss when you’re feeling down.
And this is how they are treated? NO! It’s not okay. It is NOT okay to hurt your child. Yet the court system continues to put battered children back into the homes they share with abusive parents. “Everyone deserves a second chance,” the courts may say. And I agree. SO GIVE THE CHILDREN A SECOND CHANCE! Don’t put them back in the home where a known child abuser lives. And for God’s sake. If you are the spouse of someone that is abusing your child, or has at any time in the past abused your child, GET THE CHILD OUT OF THERE!
Case in point. Eva and Joshua Mauldin. (Click on link below to view clip) Boy, this case makes me angry. Joshua cooked his baby in a microwave for ten seconds. And his loyal wife is standing by him. How do you feel after watching the video?

Front page news articles are usually reserved for such things as murder, terrorism, hate crimes and infringements on human rights. So could someone please explain to me WHY a torturous rape and murder of a young couple from Tennessee has not been thrust into the spotlight?
Is it possible that it’s because the victims were white? Yes, that’s right. White. We typically think of racism being devoted to minorities. However, although rare, there is such a thing as reverse racism.
Take the case at hand. Twenty one year old Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom, 23. Two white Americans that suffered a horribly violent, sadistic death. This couple was carjacked and kidnapped. Raped and murdered. They were forced to watch each other’s torture. Christopher had his penis cut off while he was still alive. Channon was still alive when her breast was removed. In the end they were strangled and shot. They were both set on fire. Hard to imagine a worse death.
So why haven’t we heard more about it? The police have made their arrests. Five men and a woman. They were all African American. The crime has not yet been labeled a hate crime, to my knowledge.
It saddens me that something so heinous could be being swept under the rug because of color. When James Byrd, was drug behind a truck in 1998 by animals that call themselves men, it was all over the news. And rightfully so. His murder was an atrocity. Imagine the fear and pain that man felt. He, like Channon and Christoper, met a horrible end for something as shallow as hate.
In the end, if you were the one being tortured, would it matter what color of skin the person torturing you had? Wouldn’t you want justice to be colorblind?

A 4 year old girl named Madeleine McCann vanished from her room at a resort in Portugal recently. Her parents and two year old twin siblings were on vacation. I can't imagine the pain and devastation her parents must feel. I wouldn't wish such a nightmare on anyone.
Her smile beams up at you from front pages of magazines, web sites and news reports. She looks to be everything a little girl should be. Innocent. Trusting. Maybe to a fault.
Here's the controversy. Little Madeleine came up missing when her parents left the hotel room their children were sleeping in and went to dinner with friends at a restaurant some 50 yards away. Her Mother stated that they came back and checked on the children every 30 minutes. A lot can happen in 30 minutes. Obviously.
I AM NOT SAYING THAT THESE PEOPLE DESERVE TO LOSE THEIR DAUGHTER! I'm not saying they were asking for it. I'm not saying that I don't pray for them to find their daughter.
Here's what my point is.
Because the parents are both physicians and are obviously well off, I think they are being treated differently than the average couple. It seems to be a trend in America and it's not right.
Say, instead, that it was a single Mother leaving her children asleep in a trailer. Say, instead, that she works a minimum wage job to earn the money to pay for the trailer they stay in. And after a long, hard day, she went next door to play cards with a friend while the children slept. If one of HER kids came up missing, I guarantee the outcome would be completely different.
America caters to the rich. America seems to bend the rules for the wealthy. Shouldn't everyone receive the same judgement, regardless of their gender, race, or monetary status?
